We offer support in areas such as:

  • Making projects, events, campaigns and operations inclusive and accessible from the start

  • Attracting diverse talent through inclusive hiring strategies

  • Providing on-site and remote workplace recommendations

  • Running disability awareness workshops

  • Reviewing digital tools and services for accessibility

A Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) is a plan that shows how your organisation will become more inclusive and accessible for people with disability. It sets clear goals and actions to help remove barriers and make sure everyone can take part equally.

An accessibility audit is a full check of how easy it is for people with disability to use your services, tools, or spaces. It finds barriers and suggests ways to make things more inclusive, fair and up to WCAG standards. We review software, social media, digital tools and workplace practices.

Aimee's expertise in reviewing our Inclusive Language Guide was invaluable with her deep understanding of accessibility needs. Her practical, actionable feedback helped us enhance the guide's readability and navigation in ways we hadn't previously considered, making it truly accessible to all users. I would absolutely recommend her for inclusive consulting work due to her unique perspective as both a producer and advocate for disability rights.

With Aimee's support, we've gained direction and confidence to make lasting change.

She has helped us strengthen key areas including creating accessible communications, running inclusive events and enhancing equity in the workplace.

Her expertise and ongoing support continue to be a valuable asset as we build a more inclusive environment for our team and clients.

We’re truly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend Inclusive Consulting to any organisation ready to make real progress in this space.

Aimee's contribution to our 'No Silly Questions' webinar was greatly appreciated, offering unique insights about inclusive language from both a producer's perspective and through her lived experience of disability.

Her personable and engaging style made complex topics accessible while encouraging open dialogue.

Given the overwhelming positive feedback and the lasting impact from the session, I am more than happy to recommend Aimee for speaking engagements and educational sessions where her lived experience and excellent communication skills can continue to advance inclusive practices.
